Is there any way to have the mobile hotspot stay on longer after you shut off the car? It goes off with the rest of the accessories after about 10 minutes- would be so much more useful if it were at least 30 minutes...I would love an hour...I hate sitting in the car leaving it running just so I can use the wifi.

I have been traveling to see my mom in VA ( she is in an assisted living place)-I've been staying at her house and she has no internet...or cable...well, you get the picture...

would this be something changeable with a Carly unit or something like it?

Probably not possible. Just go invest in a mobile hotspot from your provider or use the personal hotspot on your phone if capable.
