Winter tires

Hello everyone, I'm curious what you think is the best option. I have had my 20 X3M for a few weeks, I am thinking about what to do with the upcoming winter. I have the michelin summers that came on the car on now, I am considering getting a winter wheel and tire package from tire rack with the pirelli scorpions.

You think that is the best option or are possibly getting the michelin all season the way to go.

Thanks for your input.

Pirelli Scorpion Winter are excellent tires for winter driving. All season tires represent a compromise. The decision - winter or all season tires - becomes a function of how much risk one is willing to accommodate.

I have always used dedicated winter tires and had no regrets.

My X3M was delivered in December and put Pirelli Scorpion Winter immediately. 255/265, same as stock set up.
I was able to push it after RIS and the Scorpions excited my expectations in all weather conditions.

I'm using Pirelli Scorpion Winter tires also. We had so many cold days and snow/ice last year it was worth it.
