Has anyone else had this issue? It's set to display in the menu (i.e., in the personalize menu option, it's enabled), however it does not show up. Probably needs a dealer visit because I believe it's all part of the RAM now.

Wasn't clear where it's missing, but assuming your subscription is current (check Connected Drive to see if it's current or missing, and the Sirius site to confirm), it should be on the list in Media, on the instrument cluster if you have set it to display when selected in Media, and likewise in the HUD when you move the Scroll Button, and at the top of the Menu Bar on the dash display, again, if that's the current Media selection. Otherwise suggest a reboot and a trip to the shop if that doesn't work.

I've done ye old iDrive reboot, I got the welcome to Sirius trial letter in the mail which is what prompted me to look for it. I simply cannot choose it as a media source at all.

I've had pretty good success contacting Sirius XM before to get connected:

Just need the car radio # (in the Menu options but can't recall where exactly)

If the subscription service isn't active you just get the preview channel. My car behaves like it doesn't have XM hardware.

Hmm. At a loss there. I would think reception just requires a radio capable of receiving a signal, and coding from the transmission end. Could be something in the iDrive software itself though. Sounds like a Genius visit....
