BMWPartsPros.com l BMW M PERFORMANCE MATTE BLACK TIPS

Care instructions for matte black tailpipe trims:

– Do not polish. This can cause shiny areas.

– Remove insect residues, bird droppings, tree resin, tar marks, fuel and oil immediately if possible.

– Use a soft sponge to remove these and do not rub forcefully. Matt paint special cleaner (part number 83-12-2-285-244) is a suitable cleaning product.

– Paintwork repairs caused by mechanical damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or environmental damage (etching, etc.) should only be carried out by an approved BMW service station.

– Use only special paintwork sealants which are suitable for matte paints. Unsuitable paintwork sealants can significantly change the level of sheen or may cause a patchy finish.

Can also fit on your stock exhaust.

*For M-Sport models only!

COMPATIBLE WITH THESE MODELS:

Just to clarify these are tips that go over the muffler ends and not the black shroud connected to the bumper correct?

That is correct, these replace the stock exhaust tips you have on the vehicle already.

Yes, the lower bumper trim will need to be removed to prevent any damage to the bumper and exhaust tips when installing.

Not the entire bumper.

These unfortunately will not work on non M-Sport models.

Exhaust tips are much bigger on the M-Sport models.
