Cant fix F31 Rear Rumble

Hi All,

Im new to the forum after purchansing a 2013 M Sport Auto Touring at the beginning of the month. I wondered if any of you can help with this issue I am trying to work through with the dealer.

I have a noticable rumble coming from what I think is the rear, and combined with this a passenger seat vibration.

Noise starts about 35-40mph and continues all the way up
It is speed related not engine rev related
It still happens when in N
I think it is the rear
No steering wheel vibration

Multiple garages have said it isnt wheel bearings, drive shaft or diff however i sill suspect a bearing of some sort.

Here is a link to a video of the noise so you can hear for yourselves. Its the underlying rumble not the general road noise.

Thanks in avance for the help.
