I have a 2019 x5 that has a malfunctioning liftgate. Most of the time the liftgate closing button won’t work and I have to shut liftgate with the liftgate lock button. Also when I walk away from vehicle and Comfort Access locks the vehicle, the liftgate sometimes opens up by itself.
Is anyone else having liftgate issues?

Did you try rebooting iDrive by holding in the volume button for 30 seconds or until the iDrive screen goes black and reboots? That might fix it for you.
