Any removable performance mods for a leased 330i?

So I have a leased 330i. Obviously I can't really modify it. If I could, I'd change the 225 tires. But I was wondering if there are any performance mods that I can easily revert back to stock?

Obviously this is so I can take it to the normal oil change services and not cause any issues with them saying I modified the car.

Thanks

Just looked it up. So it's nothing they could scan the ECU later and say it was "previously modified"? How "safe" are they? Any potential to damage the car once installed?

Both a flash and piggyback are detectable if the dealer and/or BMW decide to dig deep enough. There is a common misconception that piggybacks leave no trace once physically removed and that is simply not the case.

While they can be physically removed a history of their impact on the otherwise stock engine can be detected (again deep dive)

Now will the dealer or BMW ever dig deep enough to find your piggyback (or flash) - it's unlikely - but possible. Barring a catastrophic failure I don't think it's an issue.

All the major piggybacks and flash tunes - in their basic stage 1 or 2 state historically have been relatively bullet proof (you just don't hear about a lot of problems - until people start pushing further with their modifications)

ps- keep in mind just having a piggyback or flash does not automatically void your warranty - with a failure the dealer would need to a A- detect that your car was modified B- prove a direct correlation between your modification and the failed part or system before a warranty claim was denied

I would assume deep dive means if they searched in the ECU history log or something. Otherwise if everything went back to stock, running a system check or whatever wouldn't yield any results.

Nope, no 'deep dive' can detect a piggyback tuner.

Any piggyback can be removed before your visit, the option is the Jb4
