I use a OnePlus phone in our X5 over Bluetooth. When I get a phone call it won't override the radio and ring through the car speakers. Once I answer the call then I can hear the caller through the speakers. I have looked at all of the settings and cannot find one that relates to this issue. Thanks for any assistance.

I'll have to check my software version but it used to work but now it doesn't. I have coded my car but have not changed anything related to Bluetooth.

There's a privacy setting when a passenger is in the passenger seat that allows the phone not play back through the car speakers.

I had this problem with mine and I had to do some digging to find it. I think it was under my profile somewhere but don't quote me on that.
