Other than mismatched rims/tires what would cause this?
Tires are the same size, shop said they made sure to put the wider wheels on the back, they are going to check them for me. Fronts look the same too.
So if the wheel and tires are correct, what is next? Car also pulls hard to the right when under good acceleration. |

What wheel?, are they oem? Shop said wider wheel on the back, what is the size of your summer tires?
To many questions. I think shop installed the tires and wheel incorrectly. FYI... I think this thread on the wrong subforum.... this is suspension, chassis and brakes. Last edited by Gen13 F36; 06-02-2020 at 06:24 PM.. |

The shop is going to look at it tomorrow. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, both times with different shops. If it isn't the wheel/tires, wouldn't it be the suspension/chassis |

I think this lies on the wheel and tires. Could be possible they put the wheel for the front at the rear. You should be able to determine just looking at the wheel... they should be different offset |

Can't you just go out and check the tire sizes to make sure the wheels are mounted in the correct positions? If you have a 255 up front, you know you have a problem.
Edit. Nvm, I just reread the thread. If you have tools, you could pull the wheels off. Pretty sure the wheel size and offset are stamped on the inside of each wheel.

Also, if they did indeed mount tires on the wrong wheel sizes, find a better shop. That's carelessness and poor attention to detail. I'd also check your pressures and lug bolt torque values...who knows what else they might've overlooked?
