Really nice rendering. The LCI seems to have some more aggressive styling cues. I like it.

I don't like the new headlights. Another classic BMW detail lost. What's going on at BMW? New cars have no Hofmeister kink, no round headlights, FWD, etc. Everything that made car a BWM is absent.

If it turns out like these renders it doesn't look bad, but there's something less natural about the design compared to pre-LCI.

Why canít they keep the double vertical slats as always instead of joining them at the top?

Interesting venting on the new grill. Looks pretty neat! I didn't realize the front grill had grown (surprise, surprise!) but overall I'm digging it.

Nice job OP for the rendering side by side for a direct comparison to pre LCI.

They need to stop hiring VWAG designer rejects.

I'm glad I just bought the pre-LCI version. The distinctive and bold BMW details are blending into Japanese/Korean design mush.

There is literally no BMW without a Hofmeister kink right now. Round headlights are just a carryover from government regulated sealed beam headlights and BMW still carries over that design with a modern twist on their cars. Car design evolves and I think BMW has done a good job on that. Do you really want two perfectly round sealed beam headlights in your $100k late model car?

You know, the front end, I don't mind. The rear though, I still see updated Honda Civic taillights. Hard to get that out of my head.

Nice. Is that front black splitter piece something you added in or was that seen in spy shots?

I think it looks great! I'm planning to get this car. Don't like the rear lights but I'll simply smoke them out.

Might have to see if the lci tails work on the pre-lci. They are starting to grow on me. Front not so much as I grew up during the e39 M5 era so angel eyes ftw.
