yea, first gotta datalog, then contact and send logs to tuner/hardware supplier, and THEN ask for second opinion on forums. BMS makes JB4 right? I would start by contacting them, but all they can do is guess without any data.

On FB every time someone makes a long post asking for help without a datalog. The datalog is what is required to help so post that up if you need advice. I do agree with poster above about emailing log to BMS support or at least posting on their support forum. Could save you a lot of time.
