06 = the production week 23 is in june
2020 = year of production

It's not very typical to write dates as WEEK/MONTH/YEAR

Normally it would be DAY/MONTH/YEAR

so I can see how OP was confused.
They should write it like
Production Week: 23 6/2020

I have read somewhere else as well and they told me the same thing , also the sales executive at the dealership told me that the production week is number 23 , i just wasnt sure because it didnt make sense ! 23rd week means 01/06 - 07/06 of 2020 !
