Mercedes, Audi, and Porsche all can be spec'd with air suspension and active roll bars...any idea if this will be coming for BMW M50i?? This should be an option for any heavy SUV....

You can get both in the US market for the M50i.

But you can't spec both air suspension and ARS on M50i. It's either standard M adaptive, 2VR 2-axle air suspension or DHP Dynamic Handling Package.

Yes. That is correct. But if you're looking for handling, you wouldn't get the air suspension anyways. You'd get springs and DHP. But I guess I could see and understand why someone would want air and DHP..

Don't expect it anytime soon with the current generation of G05. BMW takes a different SAV suspension philosophy compared to the other German auto manufacturers. Most are still waiting for BMW to commit offering DHP on 40i models (as communicated back in late 2019).

It's either standard M Adaptive, 2VR 2-axle air suspension (selecting this raises the lowered ground clearance of 8.3" back to standard 8.7"), or DHP with M Adaptive Pro.
