Fuel pump got me too (Ralph Shomp)

So mine just went bad but that's not really why I'm posting. I called my dealer today when I knew for sure something was bad (the engine light came on, lol). And they got me in today and managed to get me a loaner (335xi) even though they were booked out for a week. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

This is my second car from Ralph Shomp BMW in Littleton, CO and I have to say they are the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I had an Audi for a few years in between and the difference in service is night and day.

The service dept. just called me and said they were going to get the part tomorrow and that he thought it's the new design that BMW just came out with. Not sure about that but hopefully it's true, either way I have to recommend this dealer.

Glad to hear that, good dealerships are few and far in between so don't that relationship as granted.

Couldn't agree with you more!!! I got my current and my previous car at Ralph Schomp and it is the BEST dealer by far

As you said, the service is flawless and everybody is incredibly helpful.

Not to mention that they upgraded my rims from 17s to 18s for FREE, gave me a discount before even asking for one and a $200 gift card

This dealer really makes you feel like a BMW dealer should.

Unfortunately I had to move to Miami and the dealerships there treat you like you own a Kia. Actually, I prefer to drive to Palm Beach (80 miles north) every time I need something.

That's good to hear. So it's not true that BMWNA mandates ALL dealers to test the gas, as in this post:

Hopefully it works out for you.
