Car livery finally installed

After 2 years of deliberating, I finally decided to go for it. I designed this a long time ago (2 years I think), but have never done anything like this before. I know many might find it a bit jarring, so I apologise in advance.

As we in the UK would say, a little bit marmite for me I'm afraid buddy, but, it's your PnJ so each to their own I'd say.

Interesting. Is this a common thing in Singapore? In know a M40i must be pretty rare there.

In the UK it would stand out too much...so many grey and black cars here!

In Singapore it'll be different with brighter light. The scheme reminds me a little of the Martini colours. At first, I wasn't keen but given your location, I'm actually starting to like it.

I think it’s awesome. You made your car uniquely yours. I like it a 1000 times better than the M-Performance badge and stripe. Well done!

I like most of it, though I would never put it on my car. Nice

Really professional look nice design. I could see this at a BMW driving school or a safety car in a race series.

It's cool looking and I do like it but I think what is throwing me off is the silver roof. That part seems out of place but overall I like that you made it uniquely yours. Drive it in good health! 👍🏻

I think it looks great. You'll never lose your car in a parking lot.

It would look super good on a white. I think Im biased but so be it.

OP if you decide to mod your X3 further it will only improve the decals and flow of the M Performance that is being displayed here. So its pretty cool youre on the right track. In my opinion it looks like its not a standard X3 M40i. Meaning tuning performance or any other modifications. But I assume its not modded. If you have future plans for it its super cool. If this is it then meh. But thats just my opinion if it makes sense.

Straighter lines, especially around rear 1/2 would perhaps suited the car's shape more.

I feel the weak point of the X3's design is that the rear looks saggy (with the roof line dropping off downwards as well), and there's a little too much glass to body ratio.

The curve in your sticker seems to accentuate the saggy rear.

Of course, it might look good in real life.

The silver rear spoiler looks good.

Are there many M40i s in Singapore?

My feeling is the upward curve to the rear works, it stops the car looking banana shaped...which would be a risk with a straight decal. Hard to be sure unless the two options were there side by side.
