Minor Issue: Sticking Button on Massage Seat

Not a big deal but figured I'd ask.

My massage seat button sticks and as a result the seat shuts off after starting massage function. This gets better once the car's interior temp is up. I suspect the sides of the switch are a bit large for the opening.

I'd like to figure out two things...

1. How do you remove that switch group (it includes the memory buttons also) so that I can DIY replace it at some point. I'd like to avoid removing the door card to figured out how the switch is mounted, but I think it just pops out. Also like to avoid the dealer trying to figuring out how to remove and replace on my dime, warrantee or not.

or.

2. Has anyone figured a safe way to lubricate this buttons edges? I am considering trying some silicone spray and apply with a 30 gauge needle or smaller if I can find one.

I sprayed WD40 right at it in frustration... worked like a charm. And the buttons were very shiny for a day or two.

OH My. I am glad to see it's not only me.....perhaps this button set has been used for more than 2018/20? Um, a stronger spring would fix it.
