X3 2019 Trailing Arm Service

Took my 2019 X3 to swap the winter tires with summer tires. Received receipt indicating "Suggest Trailing Arm service".
Not sure what this means and is it regular service or can be covered by warranty or the four year maintenance package purchased at time of purchasing vehicle.
Thanks in advance.

Call and ask the shop what that means. Was this a BMW dealership?

There's some info here. I suspect they would replace the bushings as part of this service.

Why on earth would a 2019 MY require this service?

That's exactly my query. Have hardly driven. Should not this be covered by the four year maintenance plan or warranty?

I would definitely think it would be. No question unless damaged due to accident or misuse

Sounds like the dealership is hurting for business.

That's not a part number. That's a code for the repair order in Reynolds
