Help! Need E90 low-beam halogen cover part #s

Hey guys.

I just had one of my aftermarket MTEC hid lights go out and have decided to bring it back to stock instead of messing with testing the bulb and ballast.

However, when I installed them, I drilled into the black plastic cover (behind the bulb housing) so that the wire from the ballast could connect to the bulb.

I need to find the part #s to buy replacements for these. Does anyone know what these part #s are or where I could find out? I believe they might be printed on the plastic covers themselves, but unfortunately I drilled through the text.
