I see a couple codes popping up and bootmod3 says their not from the ecu they use. Anybody know what these codes are?

I don't know, but every time I flash a new map I tend to get the Check Engine light on and a handful of weird codes that never have a description available until I cycle the engine at least once then they go away. Are these happening often?
