How do i change the song on apple music on iphone with the steering wheel. I can do it if i have spotify but not with apple music. Is that possible?

Not sure why it wouldn't work the same. I have that little wheel on my 2018. But I can use it to skip or repeat songs on Apple Music whether I'm using Bluetooth or CarPlay. I'm just not able to see a list of songs to scroll through.

Which is exactly why I spend so little time here anymore.

When G01 was first announced, this was the place to learn about it from people who wanted to discuss the car in detail.

Honestly, I'm kind of surprised with the intelligence level of the occasional poster. Some of those folks... I don't know how they got the money to afford vehicles like the X3 when they clearly lack some critical thinking skills. Most of us seem like reasonable people, though. But yes, the moderation levels here are fairly laissez-faire. Personally, I wouldn't mind a bit more strict thread management. Many, many duplicate threads. People just can't be bothered to use the search function. Even I've been guilty of that a time or two.

I use a 128gb iPod touch direct connected with a short right angle USB cable so not sure how you are connecting yours. The whole collection shows on the center display and full idrive wheel control and steering wheel button skip. Readouts on the headup when enabled or within right gauge when not. It's not perfect but with still only at 60 gb of music on it very pleased overall and have a long way to go before my iTunes collection exceeds the capacity. I just synch it via wifi with my Mac when the car is parked near it. I've never been an online music type of person since we are not always around cell or broadband areas.
