Has anyone done any exhaust modifications besides a flap open mod to their x3/x4 30i?

I dont know of any aftermarket companies for our cars. But even if there is the retail cost is going to be something silly for the cost of a used KIA. if youre looking for some sound try looking into a custom made exhaust setup. A exhaust shop can bend out larger pipes and you can keep or change out your tips if youd like. Keep or delete the resonators etc.
