VRSF Charge Pipe Upgrade Kit for your 2016+ F & G Series


120i, 125i, 220i, 230i, 320i, 330i, 420i, 430i, 520i, 530i, 630i, 730i, X3 20i, X3 30i, X4 20i, X4 30i, X5 30i, X6 30i & Z4 30i BMW with the B46 & B48 engine.
Increase throttle response and decreases turbo lag with the VRSF Charge Pipe Upgrade for your F or G Series BMW with a B46 & B48 engine. Please refer to the chart below for exact fitment. Every VRSF Charge Pipe is constructed from mandrel bent, T6061 grade aluminum including the flanges. Each flange is precision machined from CNC billet aluminum, including the throttle body, intercooler and vacuum connections. After these are welded, they’re test fitted on multiple jigs in order to ensure proper fitment and a reliable, leak free connection.

Each VRSF charge pipe is finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coated finish that blends in perfectly with the engine bay. We also include two plugged 1/8″ NPT bung that can be used for methanol injection, boost leak testing or as a boost source. The OEM charge pipe is prone to failure at both stock and tuned boost levels which is why we include everything necessary to replace your flimsy OEM chargepipe including high quality, 4-ply silicone couplers as well as stainless steel t-bolt clamps.

Additionally, we offer and recommend replacement throttle body c-clips and o-rings in case your original clip and gasket are lost or worn.

Nowhere in this post was there anything mentioned about power gains. You get a better throttle response is your gain. Plus a couple things already mentioned. But power gains was not one of them.

Correcto. It does not fit our 2020 B58 M40. I test fitted several options. Hopefully maybe VRSF will have something for us. All the models listed in the list up top are lucky. !

FTP also has a fresh air pipe too. Have you tried that one. Not sure if I follow you on Instagram. I saw a guy GatosandTurbos got a big box from FTP. Not sure if he fitted anything successfully
