no, i leased the car. My dad was the primary buyer on the lease (I was secondary) to use his excellent credit and for insurance purposes.

This is Nick Alexander BMW/MINI..few miles away from Downtown, LA. So far, they have been great. I just made my first payment, I think that's why I got the basket.

They also will tow me a loaner and tow back my car for services. I think thats pretty unique.

Yeah...Nick Alexander is the only dealer in the LA area that I've heard of that uses a flat bed tow truck to pick up and drop off your car for service. That's an awesome service! Too bad the other BMW dealers don't do that.

I realize it's an established cookie company and the owner's name is Diane, but it just seems like using a well-known and immensely liked world figure to help sell product

Posthumously, as in life, she is most popularly referred to as "Princess Diana", a title she never held. Still, she is sometimes referred to incorrectly in the media as "Lady Diana Spencer", or simply as "Lady Di".

I received a calendar with a picture of me with my car. He almost forgot to take the picture. I also started to drive away without the plate on my car. Not very thorough. Of course the calendar came the same week that I made a decision to sell my three week old car because I cannot get comfortable to save my life.

The saleman who got credit for the deal never called to check up on me. His associate who was the first guy I ever talked to there emailed to ask how I was doing. I sell Toyotas and I call people that spent 16k to see how they are doing with the car. I spent 57k and the follow up has been lame.

I got a $200 AMEX gift card to spend wherever I wanted in the best mall in Denver (Cherrycreek Mall).

Not to mention that the dealer upgraded my wheels from the 17s that came with the car from the factory to the 18s (style 197) that you see in my car's picture FOR FREE!!!

I got a set of BMW glasses... so did my brother (same dealer). Too bad we never use them...

They threw in my floormats which I guess is ok. I was weirded out about if I wanted floormats or not because my old car already came with them
