Wow, you're about to take a serious hit in the wallet. Beautiful car though. Love the combo.

Doubt he'll be taking a hit - S5's are selling well over MSRP and there's a considerable list.

Most online sellers are certainly selling at a premium over MSRP - so the "hit" won't be much at all.

Love the S5 though - beautiful lines - if only BMW could design exteriors and interiors like that - Audi engines still don't beat BMW however.

Oh I do - they can make fast, powerful V-8's, but the current lines are inefficient as all hell - this S5 will get worse mpg than a current generation M3 - the 335i is it's direct competitor and leaves this behind marginally on the track but considerably at the pump.

Don't get me wrong - Audi make great things - but BMW make them at an equivalent level of performance but also more efficient.

Anyway - lets stop the thread crapping shall we? This is a beautiful car and I hope it finds a new owner shortly!

I wouldn't expect much of a hit. This is a very nice color combo and optioned up car. There is still about a 6-8 month waiting period for these cars and this is brand new. I wouldn't be surprised if this went for MSRP or something close

You hit it on the dot. The only thing I would choose the S5 over any BMW is the looks!

E46 M was compared w/ the B7 S4 and now the (ahem regular ol 3 series) 335i is a direct competitor of the S5 .... *shrug* But I note this though ... this is only directed at their engines that they manufacture for consumer use

Nonetheless, why are these cars having such ease in selling and why such a demand? The E92 M's are having problems as we speak!

BTW to the OP I'll take it. Forget the price and location! It's a sealed deal

Dude, do you have any idea what the heck are you talking about??? Audi is quattro and M3 is a rear wheel drive. It's because Audi do not produce these in any other form beside quattro, magazines have to compare them directly. I own both BMW and Audi. I love them both equally. They just fit in for different purposes and provide different tastes when you drive them.

He's so not getting a big hit. It's not so great to put it up here in a BMW forum, however, Ebay will always work and used prices up there is well around MSRP. +1 for Audi
