Right underseat output is low

I just replaced both my underseat with integral audio e90 replacements due to liquid damage. The left side sounds great but the right side is very low on output. I used the two damaged subs to compare any more output even if it was muffed or rsttly but same. I feel like maybe the amp was also damaged but havent diagnosed it yet. If it is, it possible to add an amp and bypass that lack of output for the input of an amplifier?

You need to know which system you started out with .
There are three systems dependent on which year car
an if the car had the pay for it option.
Aftermarket speakers will have different specs than stock
speakers even if they are the same ohm rating.

The head unit has nothing to do with which speaker amp
combination you have in almost every year in the US.
IN the US only 2010 to 2011.5 came with the ampless base system.Use
mdecoder.com to find out which system you have either 676 or
677, 678 lack of these and the date range indicates US ampless tweeter less
base system.

Sorry. Top hifi. 11' i dont think the headunit is the issue. I did swap woofers out on the right side and still had the same affect. Is it possible the amp is in a protection mode?

Don't know about what goes on inside Logic 7 amp.
There was one guy on there that replaced an output chip
to fix the amp. See last link.
You might try swapping speakers from side to side to verify
its and amp problem. Also try with all processing off.

Better to repair the amp or get another used one as Logic 7 is very difficult
to modify .
You would still need to fix it anyway as the feed into the amp is Fiber Optic
and you would need all channels working to put and amp in between and use
speaker outs.
