Code Scroll Wheel to Volume

Anyone know if it's possible to change the scroll wheel to the volume instead of the track selector? I can't see the track list anyways since I use spotify and I would like to be able to increase the volume with a scroll on the wheel instead of the +/- buttons.

That would be really nice if we could do that. Intuitive too.
