E90 Lci rear lights upgrade

Just got a 11 plate 320i lci model, and please don't judge me lol but not a fan of the rear lights (Indicator led style looks cheap in my opinion) Are the later F30 lamps compatible or do I need to go aftermarket, reluctant don't wont to make it worse. Any ideas appreciated, Andy[
