Glad to hear that you weren't injured. That's the important thing!

Let the finance company know what's going on. If you don't make your payment and they don't know why your credit will get dinged.

Is this a new car loan. You got gap insurance right?

Like Billfitz said... call your finance company right away before your payment due date.

I bought it in October from the dealership and It was reported in a front end collision and repaired, got the log fixed situation fixed at the dealership not to long after it happened (like 4 days after) (took like a week or two to fix it &#128564 then I drove to Orlando it was originally from Miami, and yea say like a month or two after, this happened (feb 24). I didn't change the brakes tho 🤦🏿*♂️

I suggest to take the car to an independent shop first to inspect all braking components and identify defects and potential liability.

Then take it to BMW dealer and ask to do the same.

Compare notes.

Your insurance will give you a quote when they total the car. And a side quote for you to buy back the car if you want to.... let us know how much... look like the car could be work on but will have a salvage title or you can fixed it properly and have a rebuilt title.
