Whats my 330i worth?
Hi All,
I'm in the market for a new car and as such, I'm considering selling my current car. 57 plate 330i auto with the N53 engine in original individual phoenix yellow. This car has had no expense spared as I've owned it for a number of years & had BMW warranty taken out on it (which bmw has covered my for approx 4k worth of work) Things to consider, during my ownership; Mileage has just gone past the 100k mark ( i bought it in 2016 on 60k) All 6 injectors and coils were replaced by main BMW dealer ECU mosfet chips replaced up uprated ones. New water pump fitted by BMW rocker cover gasket replaced HPFP sensor replaced by BMW in 2016 HPFP replaced by BMW last month New radiator fitted by BMW Gearbox service carried out approx 30k ago (new sump, gasket and mechatronic sleeve) oil pressure sensor replaced by BMW circa 2016 Car is regularly serviced 3 times a year. Custom twin pipe backbox - sounds very nice, almost like stock but a beefier on the low revs and raspy on the high revs. Invoices are available for all work carried out. I know these cars have their common problems but im confident all common issues have been resolved and potential buyers will have peace of mind knowing nothing major should go wrong anytime soon. Spec wise, not sure whats standard on these but mine has: 19" alloys rear park sensors Idrive system with navigation Aux input and cooled/ heated cupholder in centre armrest electric folding mirrors electric memory heated seats paddle shift 6 speed autobox original phoenix yellow in 9/10 condition I know i paid a little extra at the time purely for the colour. I'm in no rush to sell it and would rather it go to an enthusiast. Would expecting the 6/6.5k mark be too much? IF the value of it was significantly lower I'll garage it and keep it as a weekend toy. thanks Last edited by Jet1990; 02-25-2020 at 05:08 AM.. |

Nice car.
I am guessing the colour is an individual taste..not really for me. With the new BMW model just released the E92 prices will be affected. The 2010 LCI models are desirable as they have front and rear LED light. The injectors are hell on these engines so if you can provide receipt that all 6 have been recently changed it can make a difference on the asking price. Depends on how quick you want the sale..i think £5k to £5.5k depending on proof of 6x new injectors...just my 2 cent and no intention of upsetting I notice your car is fully stock. That could be a good thing or bad depends how you look at it. Some owners upgrade the brakes to 335 model or the 4 pot blue caliper. |
