Recommendations for convertible babyseat

Hi all! My lil 5mth old son is growing so fast. He's beginning to reach the peak of the Maxi-Cosi infant/babyseat. My wife and I have searched around, and are possibly thinking about getting another Maxi-Cosi Convertible seat, or otherwise a Recaro Signo. What a time to be a daddy.... fun w/ the boy, never for shopping for stuff like this. Any suggestions or recommendations? Have any pics to share as well? Please post, thanks!
