Wanted: 335i
Hi, been lurking for awhile and just registered. Great site, thought i'd post the wanted ad on here in case anyone is looking to sell a 335i, preferably coupe but would consider a saloon too. Used to have an E92 335d which i traded in 6 months ago (what a mistake!!). Only must-have option for me is nav, as i was born without a sense of direction...
Anyway, if anyone is about to trade their pride&joy into the trade, please me me. Serious private buyer, ready to buy immediately (subject to inspection of course). *** UPDATE: Have now purchased *** Last edited by scaramanga; 03-04-2010 at 02:54 PM.. Reason: update as i've now bought |

It does say in your profile you drive a 911 (993) I do hope you will be keeping that too, so much more of a car They are fast gaining status and were a modern classic from the word go!
Oh and Dougies car is beautiful

Apologies to scaramanga for my 'scammer' cynicism.
I've re-opened the thread as a result of your PM. Best wishes. Viv |

Yes - definitely keeping the 993 - probably the car i've been most attached to (have gone through a few toys over the years). No doubt i'm biased but I think the 993 is trully the car that forgot time... last of the air-cooled! |

If you want a fully-loaded immaculate 335i you won't find a cleaner one than Creepy's.

Update - thanks for the all the replies above. Ended up buying an immaculate E93 335i M-Sport. Relative of a colleague from work was about to trade in, and basically offered it to me at dealer bid + £500 which was a no-brainer. Its a 2008 so doesn't have DCT but has been very well looked after. Not a huge spec, but has the essentials (auto/nav). Had it for a day - very happy so far! Will put up some pics soon.
Sorry for the slow update but was travelling a lot and didn't get a chance to post until this evening. Hi - budget was flexible but just wanted something which was reasonable value for money... hard to judge where used/new car values really are in today's market and i had a couple of v frustrating conversations with dealers. Thanks - but as i had a 335d before (2006), i really wanted to go for the 335 (either in "i" or "d" guise!) ideally. Last edited by scaramanga; 03-04-2010 at 02:53 PM.. |

Looks fantastic mate... shame it was a MT as my mrs will only drive autos (and once in a blue moon she may be allowed the keys).
Best of luck with the sale when you put it up! |
