Lease takeover / buyout - E90 sedan
LOCATED IN: Sarasota, FL. Willing to drive as far north as Tampa and south as Fort Myers. I suppose this car can be shipped if you are from another state and decide to buy it? Test drives are welcome. I am looking for someone to: 1) Take over the lease on my 2007 BMW 328i sedan. The monthly payment is: $364.33 You are allowed roughly: 1,100 miles each month or 23k before lease end (July 29, 2010). That means around 13,000 miles per year! The current mileage is: 13,100 Security deposit: You will get $500 back at lease end. Should you take over the lease, all I ask if $500. I put $4,000 towards the down payment, and you will get the $500 back once the lease ends. OR 2) If you are interested in buying: The current payoff is: $29,794.46 The current mileage is: 13,100 About the car: Year: 2007 Make: BMW Model: 328i sedan Mileage: 13,100 Options: Automatic. Car has leatherette, which looks just like the day I got it. Condition: Mint. Washed and vacuumed weekly; waxed and detailed monthly. No swirls, and looks just like the day I got it. Car will be detailed again before the new owner gets it. Only thing I have done to it is as soon as I got the car I had the windows tinted the legal amount allowed in FL. No mods and it still has the full warranty. Whether you take over the lease or buy it, I will be putting brand new (Style 156) rims and run flat tires on it (with TPMS). These are the original rims that came with the car, and will have less than 500 miles on them. PICTURES: |

Darn.. Well, I'd like to add that I don't need the $500 if you are interested in taking over the lease.
The incentive for you would be brand new runflat tires that you don't need to get replaced at lease end ($1200 value) since they will have a lot of life left and that you will be getting $500 back at the end of the lease. |

They are OEM rims and tires (runflats), and I will be selling them and putting the original 156 rims with brand new tires on the car for whoever takes over the lease.

That's an amazing deal! for the jet black sedan w/ 189's! I hadn't seen one other than mine in a while. I'm paying $475/mo for almost the exact same car. Good luck with the transfer. I can't believe noone has jumped on this yet.

Offer the 189s at a reasonable price to the buyer/lease assumer. Sweatens the deal and saves you the time/bother of finding someone separately for them...

That's fine with me.. whatever the buyer wants. I am up for negotiation, I just figured I'd save the buyer some hassle by putting the stock rims/wheels on for when its time to return the car.

I picked up the same car with basically the same deal (gave him 800 for the wheels/tires) on a 10 mo. lease term last month and am very happy with it. The assumption process isn't too bad and it's a great way to 'put off buying one'.
Someone should take this off his hands. Kyle |

Because we don't care what you think when we buy our cars.
