I've had nothing but problems! Car is dirty when picked up from service,
Car rattles and has been in & out of shop for at least 3 months.
I was told a part was on back order for over 2 months until I called the parts dept. and was told nothing was ordered for me! Not a Happy customer here!

I went to this dealership for the 1st time today for an oil change. There's a Latina cashier who is so fucking hot. Had a great ass and great tits.

I had nothing but issues with their service department. I just gave them almost all straight 1's on the phone survey from BMW NA. Exactly none of the issues the car went in for were fixed, the SA called me to say the car was done but when i got there they hadnt finished nor done the extra work i asked for (install chrome grilles), and i stood around the dealer from 3pm until nearly 6pm waiting for my car that was supposedly finished. Not to mention the fact that i had to call my SA 2 times in order to get a status on my car. I think if i drop my car off at 7:30am that i should get a call of some kind by 2:00pm. Not to mention that after i got my car "washed" i found fingerprints all over the inside of the windscreen, and all over the instrument cluster, not to mention that they totally missed washing off the rear passenger quarter panel.

For as much as i paid for this vehicle i expect more from a dealer than what i got. Maybe its just whoever i dealt with, but the SA made Niello come across very unprofessional, and very dissapointing to me. I felt like i was in a Honda dealership.

I stayed on the phone with the survey people for about 40 minutes and they documented all my complaints, I am not sure how it works with BMW surveys but maybe i may get a call from Neillo or BMW NA to rectify the situation as I am still having the same issues i had before the car went in.

Sorry to hear that bro, it might be just one of those days when SAs have bad days at the office

I been there for at least 2 dozen times, every time they treated me like a BMW driver should be treated!

Don't dispair try another time
