I can hear this noise when car is running, and when engine is off
can't identify what it is, and where it comes from

It seems that this cause the battery to drain ( when i unplug battery, no noise)
can you help ?

Open the trunk and see if you can hear anything, if yes likely your amp cooling.

Open hood and listen in, if you hear it is the water pump cooling the turbos.

this is definitely something behind
i don't think it's the amp cooling as it doesn't make that noise when cooling ( more like hmmmmmmm)
This sound like a metronome

That green piece is preventing the fan from turning?
Sorry, I am new around the E93, where is this fan located in the trunk?
