2019 X4 M40i Wire harness next to exhaust Pipe?

Does anyone know what this wire cluster is for? It's tucked behind the lower black trim of the rear bumper, and the wires and connectors are unsecured and right next to the right side exhaust pipe?? Not certain if there is a TSB for this, or if there should be? Couldn't be a good thing if the wires melt eh?

Most of the wires in the engine bay that will be subject to more radiant heat than those wires. I wouldn't worry about it but you could probably try tie-wrapping them away if it bothers you.
