Need to get rid of this car as my brother can no longer take it and I've already purchased a new car, so MAKE ME AN OFFER! Lowering my asking price to $35k to move this car quickly or if you prefer, can takeover the lease. Lease has 13 months left. Payment is $763, which includes tax and also added insurance for up to $5000 of additional damage without recourse to lessee. Payments due 3rd of each month with last payment due Oct 3, 2009 (lease ends Nov 3). Prorate Sept payment (meaning if you take the car, for example on Sept 5 with me having paid for the entire month, I would reduce the paydown accordingly and you'd get a month free, etc...).

The car currently wears the MIRO CSL reps in the last pic on Falken FK452s; however, I'm looking to put the stock wheels/tires back on and the offer above is for the stock wheels. Car is in great shape with no cosmetic damage, though there is a bit of curb rash on stock wheels. If interested in the MIRO's, I will reduce incentive to $1000 (tires and wheels have less than 300 miles on them and I have receipts) and will give you the stock wheels as well (so you can get some money at leasend when you put stock setup back on (would need to confirm that added wear and tear allows you to give it back without replacing tires).

mileage allowance is 12k per year, current mileage is 19,350, so allowance will be well over 1000 a month from here on out.
