Clear Airbag Light error - F30 - 320d

Hi all,

a few days ago i changed the speed LIM button on my bmw F30, for that I had to remove the airbag from the steering wheel...and replace everything...the new button is working well. I tested all the other buttons and the horn, all working well....BUT, now, i have an Airbag error signal on the panel instrument.

My question is :

can i clear this error using Esys ?
if yes, someone have any tutorial ?
if no, which software should i use ? any tutorial/downlaod ?

Thanks for your help.

You need to use ISTA or an OBD diagnostic and repair tool. It should not have thrown an error if you disconnected the battery negative terminal before removing the air bag.

You can try to delete the errors with E-Sys by this way.

On the left side External Applications -> External Application -> Doubleclick Transmitter.
And then Clear DTC -> Connect -> Send
and
InfoSpeicherLöschen -> Connect -> Send
