Owner’s Manual

Just curious if yours came with a printed Owner’s Manual or if it’s purely just in iDrive? Checked ours last night because I wanted to get to know the car and nothing in the glove box. My M3 had one so wondering if the dealer took it out and forgot to put it back in the car?

Yes in a wallet, mine is in the glove box.

Maybe check under the boots floor where there is a storage area?

mine has the full on printed owners manual. in the fancy little leather wallet/sleeve thingie.
still in its original shrinkwrap as well. i haven't opened it

What is wrong with some of these brain dead salespeople that they don't give you the owners manual at time of delivery?

I suppose they are just trying to get another piece of iron off the lot as quickly as possible and on to the next victim.

Call me old school, but I like reading owner's manuals. In addition to paper owner's manuals, BMW used to provide online PDFs of all of their owner's manuals for all models. Now, in order to view an online user's manual you have to have a VIN. I'm interesting in looking at the owner's manual for an X3M Competition. Anybody interested in PMing me their VIN? I promise not to use it for any nefarious purposes, I just want to see the owner's manual. If not, I'll be at my dealer on Sunday and I'll see if they have any X3MCs that I can get the VIN from. Thanks!

I can give you an X4MC vin. The manual should be near identical.

You can get VINs from cars.com. Here for example:

I was looking at that and it seemed it was broken up and not complete.

Did you find the actual full manual in PDF? Or is at least all the sections included?

Not a PDF or anything downloadable, at least at first glance. That would be nice. I've not dug into it enough to see how comprehensive it is.
