Idrive shows BMW Logo at startup, then shuts off

Idrive in 2006 330XI that will startup and show the BMW logo in the Idrive screen, then shut off. No sound, no screen... nothing.

Im thinking that this is related to a fuse, or something related to the battery dying, and replacing the battery. Battery was just swapped out, not done at the dealer. Any thoughts??

A fuse would mean it wouldn't power up at all.
You might try the i drive sub forum.
Disk drive is common failure on the early idrives .
