Oil & Water temps for diagnostics

I timed my B58 to see how long it takes the oil to reach 80C, so I know how long to drive before driving hard. I accessed a "Hidden Menu" like in this video:

What buttons did you use?

My car still has the ID6. So the odometer reset button. On the ID7 I'm guessing the 'BC' button on the turn signal stalk may be the same...haven't tried ID7
