These are not forged, they are just your regular heavy cast wheels that are prone to bends and cracks.

The 442m is heavy cast but is not forged but they don't bend so easy like he claims. In fact, I have hit many potholes on both my 442m and 437m and the 437m forged fronts are now out of round whereas the 442ms are still solid.

but the takeaway from all this IS, if you live in a area with shit roads, def go for forged?

My forged 437m are out of round from hitting potholes. Forging did not do much to help but they look gorgeous.

In a lot of places those been advertised as forged.
Forged on heavy cast those are Genuine BMW wheels.
