got a rock chip on my window...

It is about the size of a tictactoe right on the rain sensor area...
should I go for another window? or should I just leave it until I get a bigger one? It hurts me soooo bad...TT TT
BTW anybody know when the NY autoshow is? I know it's in April, but I'm not aware of the exact date... thanks~

A glass company can "lessen" the effects of a rock chip on the windshield, so it's not so noticeable. However, if it's right on the rain sensor, as you say, then it might screw up the sensor, so that the auto wipers won't function right. I'd check the auto wiper functionality first and see if that still works ok. If that's not working right, then obviously, get a whole new windshield, otherwise, just take it to a glass place and let them seal up the chip(assuming they can. If it's too big, they may not be able to).
