No headlights washer in G05?

In F15, pressing the windshield wiper lever down, there will be two nozzle pop out from beneath the headlights, spraying hot water and cleaning headlights

Tried different button in G05 and nothing happened

It was a regulatory requirement for xenon lights. It doesn't apply for LEDs.

Is the vehicle even optioned with headlight washers?

Nein, no headlight washers on G05s in any market.

Mostly true for Audis as well, but they did provide headlight washers for cars equipped with Night Vision systems, which simultaneously washed the Night Vision lens as well as the headlights. Actually a pretty good idea.

Ja, my F15 with LED upgrade option also has them and seen them on F80/82s with LEDs. I admit that they're a nice to have especially when the lamps get dirty in the winter.

Seems like BMW has been slowly removing them with new model redesigns.

In Europe headlight washers for Audi are 350 € extra option.
According to law you do not need it for LED headlights.
But AutoBild once tested LED headlights and they had X1 in their test.
They stated that if you do not add headlight washers for LED headlights then BMW will reduce the LED headlight output power ( approximately 5W per headlight) because without headlight washers you are not be able to clean the headlights and dirt will start to bend the light beam and it will dazzle the oncoming traffic.
I think that just spraying 1 liter windshield washing fluid on headlight won't clean anything.

In the Uk my X5 is not fitted with a headlight washer. Idk if this will come on upcoming vehicles.

Had them on my 2011 328xi and hated them because they sprayed the hood as well. Not good when you just washed your car!
