Their wheels are overpriced and service is non existent. I ran a set of CCW's on my GT3, found a hairline crack on the back of one spoke. No offer from them to warranty it, or even give me a little bit of a deal for a replacement. Told me $800 bucks and 8 week wait for a replacement wheel. I sold the remaining 3 as spares to others and bought some OZ's instead. F CCW.
They used to have good CS before they were sold to a large wheel conglomerate (Weld, Momo) and now it sucks. Last edited by CosmosMpower; 10-28-2019 at 10:50 PM.. |

I ran CCW's on my old E36M3. Awesome wheels and great customer service. But that was 20 yrs ago

Sorry to hijack the topic. I am considering a) strongest possible b) custom, c) forged, d) monoblock, e) 19-inch aftermarket wheels for my M2C.
Something tells me I should probably be looking at Forgeline Competition Series... Any suggestions? |

DIdn't want to bring this up. Had 2 sets of R series HRE forged monoblocks back in the day, R40 and RC103. Both sets had barrels and lips all bent in no time. Less than impressed and would be cautious to splurge on another set of HRE. That specific model, especially being lightweight, somehow better?
Had 2 sets of Forgeline 3-piece GA3 wheels, those lasted me a couple of years, only time I bent one of them was when I crashed my car. But I really do not want to go 20-inch (which is what it would take with that brake kit). That's why I'm thinking 19-inch monoblock. Someone in the race/track community told me, a while ago, they thought CCW monoblocks Corsair series used to be some of the strongest monoblocks... Is that the case? Any others? |

I personally have never had an issue with my CCWs. I absolutely love them. Mine are 3 piece 18 d540s. Customer service was great and got them during the sell out when shifted over to big business. They repowdercoated them when they found a small imperfection and went to further than usual lengths to get them to me late their time. They also ponied up on extra shipping costs. The car they are on is pushing over 1k whp. I am in hawaii and the roads suck especially with the 30 sidewalls.
