The chain and tensioners are all completely internal and are one heck of a job to replace. You may consider them "lifetime" parts, from an economic standpoint. They are definitely not something to replace preventatively.

125K miles sounds premature. I had a Nissan Maxima with over 200k miles, everything else was falling apart but the timing chain. Everywhere I read was that the B48 was better designed. It was not performance tuned, I would expect this would help it last longer.
