Comfort access - automatic trunk will not open/drivers door switches are dead

Hi
Any suggestions what that can be wrong when the trunk will not open when you stick your feet under the sensor and nothing happens?
It workd for some days ago - but now nothing happens. The trunk can be opened with the key-fob, and the handswitch.

Is ther esome settings or other thing that can block it? The cables under the feder is all connected - I have checked that.

Drives door switched problem explained some post below..

I don’t know of any settings that would disable it... might need to take it to a dealer to have it investigated. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

Hmm, no idea. Maybe tey the dealer? Mine works 100% open and close without issue. Are you placing your foot there, or doing a quick "kick" mition?

Tried both. Had the system on a F30 - worked with no problem. So looks like I have to contact the dealer..

I've had the same problem.. It happened to me just this past Thursday. I recorded a video of it, because it is humorous how many issues that I've had with the G20. My wife thinks I'm making them up — so I've just started documenting them.

Found another problem - the switches on the drivers door is also dead - connected to the problem with the trunk? No light in the switches or in the lock-window button.

The windows or mirrors dont work from there (I have the light strips and the lock/unlock button work). Mirrors cant be folded.
Windows can be uses by the switches on the other doors.

Any trick to reset this?
