Looking for cheap winter tires
Since i'm moving to milwaukee, i need a set of winter tires. i initially thought blizzak lm-22s were good but they were too expensive. are there any cheaper tires with similar winter performance?

What size are you looking at?
The Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D is a good choice and in general cheaper than the LM-22/25. The cheapest tire the TireRack sells is the General Altimax Arctic. It's a rebadged Gislaved NordForst 3 from Sweden and actually a good tire. It's not a "performance" winter tire though, so the speed rating is much lower with a squishier ride. Excellent for snow and ice. Last winter Milwaukee got 100" of snow! Although unusual, I certainly wouldn't want a "performance" winter tire with that much snowfall. |

in our country that's the cheapest in the quality range! If you want even cheaper, i will not recoment that. You must not risk serious injury for a couple of bills, that's my opinion. Maybe you must go for B brand tires but i have no experience with those. Sorry, Greetings Faf |
