Width wise yes but double check the offsets first and post them here to confirm.

From their site, I am showing the fronts in an ET33 with either a 5x112 or 5x114 lug pattern which would not fit your car but maybe they have different setups.

My cuzn had these rims on his CLK 430, he painted them Matt Black. He doesnt want the rims anymore. So I told him If I could put them on my car. Thats why I wanted some input from you guys, The ones that he had were for mercedes cars, but dont you guys think they will fit a 335i with spacers?

I think your problem will be the bolt pattern not the offset.

Spacers change the offset. You could drill them if you really wanted to. You should sell them and put the money towards rims that fit right.

Some bolt patterns you can drill out to fit on a 5x120 but I strongly recommend against it as you compromise the structural rigidity of the wheel.

Drilling and the process of it usually cost how much? And also if I were to drill and put the rims on, can I put back my stock rims?

Thanx

You wont be able to drill these 5x112 to 5x120. It would too much of a difference.

FYI ... specs on these wheels are

Front ET33
Rear ET40

The only reason I know is that I worked there for almost 4 years.

That depends on your local machine shop, probably about $50-$75 per wheel. This does not effect your vehicle so you can put it back to stock but yujis is right, 5x112-5x120 is a tough change to make without running into serious issues.
