Exclamation 335d rough idle and very smokey

Hi. I have a 335d which is running very rough. Like a misfire but it's not. Checked all vacuum lines which are ok. MAP sensor ok as well. The throttle body seems to constantly move and twitch. When I unplug the MAFF sensor it stops twitching and settles down. Could MAFF sensor be faulty causing rough idle and smoke from exhaust?
