E93 roof system questions

Before I describe the problems
The roof has been opening and close with no issues for months after i changed new hydraulic motor , relays etc. All good

Recently i changed battery and ibs and not sure if this is related as that was 3 days ago.

To recap;

When u activate the open roof button when u r inside your car, u push the button n hold. The window opens first (first sequence) then the roof goes up etc...

Problem now;

U activate the button to open roof, u can hear everything is moving unlocking but windows are not moving down at all thus roof cant open since sequence 1 condition is not met.

Then i tried opening all my windows down by using the door panel buttons and activate again , it work

And when i close back the roof, the window wont roll up automatically too.

In a nutshell;
Roof work ok
Windows work ok by using the door panel switch
But the roof opening sequence seems not to control the window down.
Roof after close back will roll window up too but mine will not roll up too.
Ok
Hmm can someone help

TIA! God bless

Get Bimmergeeks protool and wifi module. That will allow you to scan for error codes in all vehicle systems. Sounds like you have a bad sensor, fuse or relay.
